Bookings and workshop work

A booking request reserves or requests a service slot; final workshop scope, parts, labour, pricing and completion details are based on the confirmed job card/workshop process.

Orders and payments

Orders and payments are subject to product availability, applicable pricing and confirmation shown in the relevant order/payment flow.

Vehicle and account information

Customers should provide accurate contact and vehicle information. Workshop records may be linked to the customer/vehicle record used for the job.

Returns

Return/refund eligibility is reviewed against the applicable product/order terms and the condition of the item.
